Unless Energy in the form of heat ie. a flame were present I wouldn't think any reaction would occur however in the case of a heated environment if the stoichiometric ratio of oxygen and methane were correct, ideally around 9% methane, a combustion reaction would take place in which methane and oxygen would be the reactants and CO2 (depending on the ratio otherwise if O2 was tight on supply CO would be formed and in really O2 deficient environments simple C would form) and H2O would form the products
