In Japanese you don't call them by name. If you were saying their name, you would just say, for example "Anna-san" or "Anna". If you are speaking to your older sister, you call them "onee-san" (oh-naay-san) and if you are speaking to your older brother you call them "onii-san" (oh-knee-san)... if you are speaking about your older sister to someone else, you call them "ane" (ah-nay) and your older brother "ani" (ah-knee).
