IT MEANS >MESSED UP< THATS ALL AND THERE'S MANY WAYS TO USE MESSED UP IN SENTENCES LIKE IF YOU TO SAY "MY PHONES (JACKED UP/MESSED UP)." SAME EXACT THING BUT IN SLANG.
