Deflation means a general decrease in the price level which the prices of goods and services will become cheaper in the economy. This may lead to higher wages and unemployment in the sense that lower prices reduces supply as it will not be profitable remember all suuppliers want the highest price as a result limited production will occur and more will be unemployed and the few employed can get more money hence higher wages.
