How to pronounce TH?

My th sounds, and the lip movement is exactly the same as the letter D, which is incorect. So someone told me that I I need to use my tongue for th, but when I use my tongue to pronounce th, should I make it sound like Z or D when using my toungue between my teeth.

It isn't a Z or a D.

If you want the TH sound, flatten the tongue against the lower edge of the front teeth, and blow across it. To make a TH as in "there", you must vocalize as you're blowing. It creates a sound and a vibration.

If the TH is as in the word "breath" or "thanks," you blow without the vocalization.
