A physics question about fluid dynamics ?

I've already solved the problem but i would like to check my answer '11.15 min' .

Here is the question :

"a hospital patient receive a quick blood transfusion through a needle with a length of 5 cm and an inner diameter of 1 mm . If the blood bag is suspended 0.85 m above the needle , how long does the transfusion take ? (neglect the viscosity of the blood flowing in the plastic tube between the bag and the needle) "
