Where is this quote from?

I read this quote years ago, in a fan fiction, but I'm curious about it's origins. The author of the fan fiction hasn't been active in years, so I can't ask them directly.

"The greatest hope a soul can have is to live as a whole, fearless and complete"

I'm also curious about a latin translation for the whole quote, and for just "fearless and complete". The story quoted it as "audeo et sanitas" but my rusty high school latin has this as "daring and healthy", and I was wondering if I could get a bit more of a specific translation than that.

Thanks!
