You're not coming with me, are you?

As a negative question, is it impossible to give a yes or no answer to alone without a lot of ambiguity? i.e. Yes could mean yes, I'm not coming with you or yes, I'm coming with you, no could mean no, I'm not coming with you or no, I'm coming with you.

I'd appreciate someone clearing up my confusion. Thanks.

Since the question is difficult to answer in a very few words, one should answer it with a few more such as:

"no I am not coming with you" (note the double negative in English counts as a single one)

or

"yes I am coming with you"
