With the Constant Quakes in the Tonga region of the Pacific, can we expect a volcano to make a new island?

Today there was a 6.8 quake in the Tonga Region. In the last month there have been several small 2.2 quakes that have led up to this. Will this be like Indonesia and finally begin producing some 8.0's? Will these quakes work there way south and involve New Zealand?

It seems that SOMETHING is about to happen in that region. Anyone have a clue what it might be?

I hope not! I have friends in New Zealand!...You know? After the whole 2012 thing...I just don't know what to think.

I was reading about the 'Friendship island' that's supposed to be here in Chile (in the south)...who knows? I get really confused when I think of all these situations and try to see the big picture...it's scary.

May God bless us all...I'll just go on giving my best and loving everyone :)
