I am having trouble with putting this into an equation...?

The length of a rectangular garden is 4yd greater than the width. The area of the garden is 96yd^2. Find the length and the width. Any help would be appreciated..

L=length

W=width

L=W+4

A=L*W=(W+4)*W=96

W^2+4W-96=0

then use quadratic equation

once you have W, you can find L from above line L=W+4
