Pulse rate sometimes go to the mid 30's but the rises to the 60's...?

not on any blood pressure meds and has history of diabetes, CHF, prolapsed valve, and previous bp problem...is this dangerous.... will my nitro help?

Yeah, its dangerous.

Call your cardiologist immediately. They will tell you to get to a hospital (most likely they will tell you to dial 911). You have a pacemaker shortage in your body!

Seriously, to have that happen without symptoms, like passing out, getting dizzy, etc -- unlikely. At worst, you can't count, and I doubt that.

You have a rhythm disturbance, and it needs workup!
