Easiest Spanish To Understand In YOUR Opinion?

Where do you think has the Spanish speakers that are EASIEST to understand? I think it probably has a lot to do with preference. I mean, for example, those that don't speak super fast or incoherently or with a lot of slang.

Preferably speak from experience not a guess.

Name any place/culture. For example, Cuba, Espana, Costa Rica, Republica Dominicana ... etc.

The Spanish from Spain. In the right-spoken zones, it is the best spanish. A good accent, eprfect pronunciation and no slang...the velocity can change, but if you ask if they can speak slower...no problem.

Mexico, Chile or Colombia. Spanish has a unique accent and only they understand themselves.

Honduras, Cuba, or Spain.

Mexico has way too much slang.
