i think what you do is add the same things first like 2x2 and 27x then add the 13 but do the exponent first

The first numbers in each binomial multiply to be 2 and the last two multiply to be 15 so try possibilities until you get it, (2x + 3)(x + 5)

which you know is right because the outside two multiply to be 10x and the inside two multiply to be 3x, and 10x + 3x = 13x

Then similarly, (2x + 1)(x + 13)
