I just need the general formula for this. I know density = mass/volume, but I get super confused when I have to move those around.

This is the problem I have:

What is the mass of an osmium block that measures 6.5cm x 9.0cm x 3.25 cm.

Density of osmium is equal to 22.57 g/mL.

If you could just give me the general equation, that would be fantastic

You have the general equation : d = m/v. Using simple algebra (you should have that down before taking chemistry) move your known values (v,d) to one side of the equation to find your unknown value (m), we have: d x v = m. Plug in your values and convert cc to ml.
