Well, I'm not sure why you'd want to do this, but if it's a multiple choice test, try to notice when two of the four choices mean exactly the same thing--they can't both be right, so it must be one of the other answers (this mostly works for vocabulary, not grammar). For grammar (fill in the blanks type questions), you might be able to look through the exam and find similar sentences, and use them as a pattern when answering your questions. In reading comprehension multiple-choice tests, unless it's written by a test-making company, the longest answer is usually right. (has to be more specific than a wrong answer.)
Reference: I am so not telling!
Try to find sample test on the internet, once you see how the format of this particular test you're taking works, you'll feel a whole lot more comfortable. Also check forums and blogs and etc. and ask around people who have already taken the same test. You can't learn the language in the last minute so I suggest you try to learn what the criterias for the test are instead and probably just hope that you'd came across something familiar. Good luck;]
Gyall, there aren't any last minute tricks, unless you're a good cheater in the exam.
You have to give yourself enough time for the revision, no last minute tricks would help you.
