Alright I need help Understanding the concept of pv=nRt "R" being the constant, "N" being the number of particles and you guys know the rest.

Why do we multiply the force exerted against an object to the space an object occupies and why is this proportional to the total energy in a system. Also help me explain why the constant is in the equation. Please make this as simple as possible, but not simpler - Albert Einstein

The equation is in this form because it fits with the results of experiments. n represents the number of moles of the gas not the number of particles. Basically the constant is there to adjust the units of the right hand side of the equation. Without the constant you would have pressure multiplied by volume on the left and a dimensionless number multiplied by Kelvins on the right. The two could never be equal.
