So I mixed Oxygen Cleaner with Water in a airtight bottle and I noticed that the oxygen cleaner was dissolving into the water.
was a new substance created or is it just likely this is just the same oxygen cleaner in an aqueous solution (the solution was in a pressurized container)?
I know this solution isn't really harmful, but i'm curious to what it is.

Answer
These cleaning products generally use one of three possible active ingredients: hydrogen peroxide,
sodium percarbonate, or sodium perborate. Hydrogen peroxide is a liquid, the others are powders.
How they exist in water is described below
Sod percarbonate
In water it produces a mixture of hydrogen peroxide (which eventually decomposes to water and oxygen) and sodium carbonate.
Sod perborate
Sodium perborate is a water-soluble chemical compound with the chemical composition Na2H4B2O8 in water. It releases oxygen only at 60 degc
Hydrogen peroxide
It is a liquid, highly water soluble.
None of these compounds will form any new compound when added to water other than their standard products with water.
